Check the service you’re using
Workspace status shows saved monitoring evidence and which optional services need setup. Tier Lab explains shared access and retains tester-reported checks. The question-mark button on each main page opens its guide.
When something fails
- Record the page, action, time in UTC and the exact visible error.
- Note whether you are in shared beta or a private account and which tier is active.
- Include public wallet addresses only when relevant. Do not include passwords, recovery links, API keys, seed phrases or private research.
Do not repeat an uncertain save immediately: reload its list first to see whether it completed. Market and monitoring gaps are not reconstructed as current activity.
Account data
Private accounts can export data and record a deletion request. Requests remain pending until reviewed. The shared beta has no individual-account deletion action.
